Sine

Sine

Technical Ventilated Façades
Press-in-place systems

The Sine design favors the entry of air, disables the view to the interior of the machine rooms and blocks the entrance of rain unlike other proposals that offer high percentages of aeration but with a minimal visual coverage. Storm pressure drop values do not make this product recommendable for areas of high demand air conditioners because its design does not facilitate the flow of air (inlet / outlet) making it difficult to vent the equipment.

The Sine model incorporates details in its design that guarantee minimum levels of rainwater entry even in extreme wind pressure conditions. In addition, based on the result of the resistance test that determines a class 5 value for this louver (> 249 km / hour), its specification in hurricane areas is recommended.

FEATURES

COVERING

The coverage slats have as main objective to restrict the views and limit the entry of natural light, rainwater and air into the installed area, in addition to providing aesthetic value to a facade.

PRESS-IN-PLACE SYSTEM

The installation of press-in-place systems offers several benefits:

  • The benefits inherent to the ventilated façade
  • A variety of models
  • One dimensional and multidimensional design options
  • Multiple combinations to create dynamic sights
  • Ample response to technical demands
  • Light weight, high wind load resistance > 249 km (155 miles)/hour
  • Avoids oxidation risks
  • Facilitates aligning the slats
  • Reduces installation times
  • Offers a wide price range

Ell

Ell

Technical Ventilated Façades
Press-in-place systems

The Ell model proposes three separation options between slats depending on the degree of coverage and aeration-free surface required for each project and investment available.

The tests performed on the product in reference to the volume of water infiltration recommend its installation without separation between slats to guarantee maximum efficiency values in terms of pressure drop and coverage of the installed space.

FEATURES

AERATION

The engineering and design of the aeration louvers efficiently meet the flow (inlet / outlet) of ventilation required by the air conditioning equipment that demands minimum levels in the pressure drop values, while guaranteeing the visual coverage of them.

Cee

Technical Ventilated Façades
Press-in-place systems

Alternative design to our Zee model that proposes a more innovative and purposeful curved shape in its design, while maintaining the engineering conditions of that model in favor of highlighting the esthetics of the louver in the architectural design of facades.

The supports or louver holders are equally stamped to facilitate the anchoring of the louvers at the level without the need to use fastening screws or oppressors that can be loosened or oxidized due to exposure to environmental agents.

The Cee model offers three options for separating slats depending on the degree of coverage and aeration surface.

ZEE

Technical Ventilated Façades

Traditional form Z that proposes a highly aesthetic design engineering that privileges the protagonism of the slat by hiding behind it, the supports or slat holders.

The supports or louver holders are equally stamped to facilitate the anchoring of the louvers at the level without the need to use fastening screws or oppressors that can be loosened or oxidized due to exposure to environmental agents.

The Z slats can be separated from each other by project variables to generate a greater aeration surface or natural light input to the detriment of rainwater ingress and greater exposure to the outside view.
