Plane Perforated

Plane Perforated

Technical Ventilated Façades
Press-in-place systems

Fixed louver solar control systems are designed to limit the direct solar incidence on the glazed surfaces, improve the thermal performance of the glass due to the shading capacity of the slat and maintain high levels of visual transfer from the inside.

The perforated Plane system gives the facade an opaque appearance from the outside, while from the inside, the perforated skin practically disappears being completely translucent. On the other hand, as the sun sets we will begin to perceive the gaps in the facade and the appearance of the facade is transformed by acquiring a different dynamism that is typical of these architectural applications.

Technical Ventilated Façades
Mechanical Assembly Systems

This is a family of rectangular parasols of different sections and sizes resulting from the combination of the Vee louvers models adapted to a common central core.

The different design proposals can be installed individually or integrated within the same facade as a personalized concept based on the generation of differentiated volumes and projections.

The installation is done using clamps that project the shape to its maximum extent at 90 degrees.

FEATURES

SOLAR CONTROL

Solar control slats are designed to limit the direct incidence of natural light. They reduce the temperature inside the installed areas and favor transparency, allowing the user to enjoy a high degree of vision.

MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY SYSTEM

The option to install the slats by means of a mechanical assembly was developed to address the necessities of large glass surfaces, where a clean look with a limited number of vertical supports is called for in order to preserve a major visual transparency.

The mechanical attachment of the slats to the building structure is done by means of pincers that stick out of the flat surface of the structure. The installation of the slats in various inclination grades limits the direct solar impact and projects shadows onto the building envelope, resulting in a temperature reduction in the building.

Another option is to install side plates on the interior of the structure. These are offered in various designs so as to create different façade design patterns.

Foil 300 – 400

Foil 300 - 400

Technical Ventilated Façades
Mechanical Assembly Systems

Foil 300 and 400 models are developed to meet the needs of solar control of large glass surfaces that, due to their orientation, are exposed to a high solar incidence and consequently require large amounts of energy to generate comfortable thermal conditions.

These Foil 300 and 400 systems are installed using clamps that project the slat from one of its extremes in different grades. The size of its 300 and 400 mm slats allows the prescriber to project very clean surfaces by limiting the presence of vertical profiles that can be spaced up to 3.50 meters apart, depending on the installation height and wind resistance required.

Plane

Plane

Technical Ventilated Façades
Press-in-place systems

It is a concept of smooth flat aluminum slats designed for application in ventilated façade projects or as cover louvers.

The three sizes of flat slats (78, 170 and 177 mm) can be installed independently or combined, while color and perforated textures can bee added for a more captivating look. The spacing between slats favors induced ventilation for the regulation of the temperature of the intermediate chamber between the louver and the building envelope, maintaining minimal water infiltration.

The application of lacquered or laminated wood-like coatings has expanded its specification area as a decorative option in the design of ceilings, pergolas and green walls.

FEATURES

COVERING

Highly aesthetic design that privileges the protagonism of the slat by hiding behind it, the supports or slat holders.

The supports or louver holders are equally stamped to facilitate the anchoring of the louvers at the level without the need to use fastening screws or oppressors that can be loosened or oxidized due to exposure to environmental agents.

The EDGE slats can be separated from each other by project variables to generate a greater aeration surface or natural light input to the detriment of rainwater ingress and greater exposure to the outside view.

Box

Box

Technical Ventilated Façades
Press-in-place systems

The design of the BOX slat favors its use as a cover louver as well as for installation in areas with high demand for aeration flow due to the contribution of its design to reduce the pressure drop.

The perforated option enriches this proposal by incorporating sunscreen conditions into the design that extend its recommendation for use to be installed on large glass surfaces and for the enclosure of parking areas in buildings.

BOX proposes three options of separation between slats depending on the degree of coverage and aeration-free surface required for each project and investment available. The results of the water infiltration test without separation between slats recommend its specification in areas that need to be protected against the entrance of the rain.

FEATURES

AERATION

The engineering and design of the aeration louvers efficiently meet the flow (inlet / outlet) of ventilation required by the air conditioning equipment that demands minimum levels in the pressure drop values, while guaranteeing the visual coverage of them.

Vee

Vee

Technical Ventilated Façades
Press-in-place systems

We have developed the Vee series with three sizes of slats (45 – 90 – 109 mm.) These project perpendicularly to the plane of the facade to generate shade and avoid direct solar impact on the glass, improving its thermal efficiency. The system allows the installation of vertical supports up to a maximum of 2.00 meters still guaranteeing its wind resistance class 5. This condition allows its use as an alternative protection element in hurricane zones.

Vee series gives us the possibility to customize the façade by generating different volumes and degrees of opening between slats that allow us to adjust the lighting to the demand of the project. The slat sizes can be installed individually or combined while sharing the same die cut support.

The different sizes of its slats and separation options favor its decorative application in interiors and the design of pergolas as well.

Jay

Jay

Technical Ventilated Façades
Press-in-place systems

When the demand for privacy takes precedence over the degree of natural lighting in glazed areas, while maintaining the conditions that allow direct solar incidence to be controlled, a different design is required such as the Jay model. This proposal reduces the frontal view towards the interior of the area up to 35% without seriously affecting the level of lighting that is maintained in terms of 60% of the installed surface, all this, thanks to the projected design of its slats that transfer to the facade a high aspect of solidity even at higher altitudes.

The design of this model also incorporates qualities that limit the entry of rainwater and favor the required air flow in air conditioning equipment installations.
